Once you have arranged your free consultation we will send a representative to your home who will sit with you and discuss your exact wood flooring needs. The representative will show you samples of the wood floor we provide and help you to decide which wood floor is perfect for your needs and your home. As there are so many woods to choose from, we know it can get a little confusing at times so we make sure all our reps are experts in their field and are able to advise you on which colour and texture would be perfect for each particular room. |

| SURVEY |
 |
After you have decided on the wooden floor you would like we will send someone from our wood floor installation department to survey your existing sub floor. He will check for any damp or unevenness in the floor and recommend whether the floor you have chosen can be fitted. We don’t make promises we can’t keep so if your existing sub floor is in too poor condition to lay on, we will recommend how to go about getting it fixed so your new floor can be installed. |

| INSTALLATION |
 |
Once we have agreed your sub floor can be laid on, we will send one of our qualified wood floor fitters to install your floor. Your new floor will be fitted on top of your existing sub floor and underlay will be added to eliminate movement and reduce noise. Our fitters will install your floor and clean up after themselves leaving you with a beautiful new wooden floor. We know the quality of all our fitters work so we operate on a ’not satisfied, don’t sign’ policy. This means that if you aren’t 100% happy with the final outcome of your floor, or |
| if it is different to anything you have agreed, you do not need to sign off the work. Disputes will then be settled with you and any work that is different to anything you agreed will be rectified until you are 100% satisfied. |

| GUARANTEE |

We are so confident in our service that as well as providing you with 20 years manufacturers guarante, we will also give you 1 full years fitting guarantee for that extra peace of mind. You will receive your guarantee certificate once the installation has been completed and you are completely satisfied with the result. |

| A LITTLE CARE |

Although the wood we use is of the highest quality, you will need to take care of your floor to ensure you get the maximum potential out of it. We will supply you with notes on how to care for your wood floor so your floor will look as good as new for many years to come. |
