Underfloor heating is a unique system fitted beneath your new floor to ensure warm floors all year round. The elements run on 130watts/m˛ to produce a gentle heat that evenly warms the whole room. Once the floor surfaces have been warmed, the heat is reflected resulting in comfortable, natural warmth with minimum floor to ceiling temperature variation. They are fitted to a fully programmable control on your wall which has automatic memory, proportional and optimum start time functions with two sensors controlling room ambient and floor surface temperatures. |

As with all our floors, we also provide 10 years manufacturers guarantee and 1 years fitting guarantee for all our underfloor heating systems.
Please be aware it is not possible to install an underfloor heating system beneath a solid wood floor. If you would like underfloor heating you must have an engineered wood floor installed as a floating floor. |

Unlike many companies who use gold or silver nose trims as they are cheaper, we only use top quality solid wood or hardwood nose trims that completely match your floor. These nose trims finish off each step beautifully to ensure they look as good as the rest of your home with no unsightly edging. |
